Feb 5, 2010 3:31 pm US/Eastern Reporting Lisa Cilli You always wonder... "can the sky fall." Well in Miami International Mall people could can sort of say that happened. Atlas Air Boeing 747 cargo light en route to Miami from Santiago. The aircraft was on final approach when the part fell . It was part of a fiberglass fairing from one of its freighter aircraft. The plane did land safty in MIN. Altas says that they are gratefull that on one got hurt. They also are investigating the matter further to find out why and how the part of the palne came off. I think that before the plane took off, they should have done another check and made sure that every thing was tight. Plane maybe a great way to transport things. But they are very dangerous and there should and are way that we can provent thing like this form happen. All we have to do is be more cautious and awear of our surrounding. http://cbs4.com/local/plane.parts.part.2.1472943.html?hpt=T2

by Petet Valdes-Dapena, senior writer

Toyota has had to recall a number of it cars. There could be as many as 1.8 million, Toyota all different model that need to be recalled. Some of these cars haven't been sold yet. The main reasons are the pedal and the floor mat. It is said that the pedal stick and in some cases it is both problems in the car.Toyota recalled 2.3 million vehicles in the U.S. for this problem this week.

I think that they should have been recall the car. It is said that it was first recall because of the floor mat and then they fix. But they are still having problems with the pedals. They need to keep the cars and fix and find thing that need to be fixed. Before they try and put these cars back on the road. Toyota needs to stop foucsing so much on the money and more on the life of the people who buy the car.

To survive after quake, the desperate target Haiti's orphanages

By Stephanie Chen, CNN January 22, 2010 10:36 a.m. EST
Haiti's orphanages have become targets for people desperate for food, water and medical supplies. Neighbor orphanage sheltering has been robbed several times. It is said that people are getting more desperate for food and if someone finds out that you have some they would come and attack you for it. SCARY! Only so much food can be brought because local will start to come. Lock down have also been enforced.
I think that it is a shame that people would steal food from the orphanages and try to break in and steal form kids.Even though they are having hard times too. It is not right for them to take from any one. Especially when it come to children.
